The Abacus of Fire!

This is an abacus.  It used to help people count before machines did it for them.  Then all the people disappeared, because they couldn't offer anything useful that the machines hadn't already created.

P.S.  I slipped in a post (late as usual) for last thursday, but I fear it has gone unnoticed.  This is your notice.

    I for one noticed that you missed last Thursday...but I did go back and see that you had posted...better late than never...
    did these Abacus replace the fingers in counting???
